    Video

I have been dealing with elbows problem for a while, probably because of raising them up in the ascent, you can see in the video how they are all over the place while I try to keep them low.
    Anything else I should address?

It looks like you are pushing the bar hard with your hands and raising your elbows up very high. The bar should be held up by shoving your forearms between your elbows and the bar, if that makes sense. You should not have to force the bar to stay put by pushing on it. It should just be tight.

Try narrowing your grip and shoving your chest out more. Create some more tightness between your elbow and the bar. I myself typically don’t have to think about “holding” the bar, just keeping my upper back tight.
