Peter, please trim your videos. Start it right before you begin the first rep.
Don't jerk the back into extension. Squeeze up to smoothly to pull the slack from the bar. Yes, you're not extending the knees to break the bar off the ground toward the end of the set and start rocking back again to initiate the pull.
Keep working on staying out over midfoot and getting the hips and shoulders to break the bar off the ground at the same time.

As for the video I am trying to keep as close to Toms filming recommendations (include the setup) without being overly long, but I can cut it back further. Sorry about that.
