    Hey guys,
    Could I get a form check on those? From what I can see I have my knees sliding forward for too long in my descend and also a bit knee shift inwards.. Also I probably should stop looking in the mirror once it gets real heavy. Just hard to break the habits. Anything else you can say on those?

    You're right about the knees, and you do go a tiny bit to deep. Anticipate the bounce out of the bottom while thinking knees out. And on the last 2 reps it looks like the bar gets a little forward of the mind foot with a little good morning like rounding. Think of the master cue with a proud chest.

    Concur on keeping a "superman chest." Note your elbows collapsing at the bottom. And stop raising your chin in the later reps.
