Squat form check/knee pain
Any thoughts?
I have been experiencing some knee pain while squatting 100kg+ and had to stop this set because of that. I realize it may not be the squattings fault...
Anyway i hope you have some thoughts regarding my technique!

Man, the rack is really making it hard to see what your knees are doing. I'm sorry, but I can't see enough to advise from this one video. A direct from behind shot will help us see how the kees are tracking relative to the toe angle and a direct side view will showcase the knee's forward motion. Provide some more footage hopefully with a rack that isn't obstructing our view and we can better assist.
