First and foremost, control your knees. They're shooting forward at the bottom and caving inwards on the way up. Get them out, quickly, and keep them there. Once your knees are fixed in place, your butt has to go backwards. Your stance looks a bit narrow. Get your feet set directly under your armpits, toes out 30-ish degrees.

    Thanks adam.
I will try to widen my stance.
My knees are absolutly my weakest link in the chain. Really hard for me to keep them from caving in.
I will try harder next session and send another video.
    Thanks.

First set of fahve from last session:

I tried to set my knees earlier and control them in the ascent of the rep.
Also tried to be more horizontal and be in more "nipples to the floor" position.

    Looking to your feedback.
    Thanks

    Hey Nave
Think about sitting your hips back and away from your feet as you descend so the bar stays over midfoot. Reach back with your butt.
Also, consider training at a place where people aren't flopping around behind you on pull-up bars and almost crashing into you during a work set.

Wow, that is a serious accident just waiting to happen.
