    Hi All,

Hoping to get some feedback on recent squats. I'm having a hard time keeping my back angle when ascending and feel like I'm not keeping my shoulders up as much as I should. Any cues are greatly appreciated. This is a AMRAP set of 6 after a heavy set of 3. Running out old man TX. Thank you!

First things first: stand up completely straight before you start each rep.

Looks like your knees should track more forward of your toes than they are. Hard to tell where your toes are because your shoes are black.

What do you mean when you say you're not keeping your shoulders up enough?

I didn't know any Texas method variant had an AMRAP component.

I'm obviously not an SSC. More qualified eyes may weigh in here, but maybe you should post your video on the SSC Q&A forum.

Squat looks okay, but Stand all the way up like Char suggested. And AMRAP is not in our programming.
