    Tough day. All reps done, but it was hard because of hard weekend i think.

    As adam said, try to look less down, and just be fast with my knees and not be so horizontal, and let that happen natural. the main problem was the mid foot position. Don't know exactly why but it was hard for me to keep in balance and I shifted to the toes in some reps.

    Please give yours suggestions, must to fix those errors.

    For you, I'd give the forbidden cue: chest up out of the hole. You are letting your back angle flop forward. You are also on your toes a bit. Shove your knees out hard, and sit back into the squat. Try this, at least on the warmups: lift your toes a little bit inside your shoes. This will force your weight back and give you a better bar path.

    Next time you take video, make sure your feet are visible. On the backoff set, where your feet can be seen, you can actually see your heels coming off the ground.
