I’m trying to take some advice from earlier in the week and get my chest down on my way down to open up my knee angle and allow more tension in my distil hamstrings. Not sure if it’s enough. What do you all think?YouTube

Hip drive looks good, to me, to answer your question. When you watch your own videos, be aware that any slowdown in your ascent is almost always a symptom of not staying in your hips.

Your descent seems tentative. Are there no squat racks in your gym with spotter arms? Not sure if that is why you are tentative.
