    • starting strength seminar jume 2024

    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    So close to 315 for reps! Last time I tried 310 had a crap day and ate shit at the last rep of first set. This is reset to 305.

    I see some knee caving and I have had some bouts of knee pain at times even on light days around 250lbs. See anything else that I'm missing?

    I know the front quarter isn't ideal view angle, sorry for that, limited options.

    Yes, knees out. They want to cave on the drive up but you have to tell them adductors to literally not slack off. Lateral-to- medial knee force due to caved knees may contribute to knee pain.

    Probably need more hip drive, I'm a work in progress for diagnosing this though. Pretend the bar is sitting on your sacrum and drive that straight up.
