Shifted forward in some reps, but I think it was a good day.
As usual, knees, knees, and knees. Need to control them more. And be tighter in my upper back in the ascent.

I think if you get them forward *quicker* (earlier in the rep) and then STOP them, and SIT BACK / BEND OVER, you'll be fine.
