    Default Possibly end of NLP Squat Form Check

    I’m at the end of month 3 and the weights are getting very sticky. I completed 5 reps of set #2 @285# and only made 3 reps on set #3.

    Slow down your descent and keep driving your ass up. Keep your gaze fixed on the ground and don’t lift your chest. That’s where the sticking point is. Bar speed isn’t horribly slow.
