Hi guys,
Other than the footwear... which I'll be changing asap - whats wrong with my squat?
My knees feel weird
My butt 'winks' at the bottom - don't know how to fix that?
After various other critiques I've tried to stay more in the hips and recently my hip flexors have started feeling different - I don't know if they are sore or if they hurt... I don't know whether this is because I have only just started squatting properly "in my hips" or if its because my form sucks and I'm just injuring myself?
any help or advice would be appreciated.

The weight is way too light and that is allowing you to go way too fast.
