Hey Kyler.
Butt looks like it's still going straight down and chest is collapsing as you descend.
The "lean over" comes from the hips rather than literally pointing the chest at the ground.
Try thinking about keeping the elbows down as you descend, so the upper back doesn't get loose. Also (to steal a cue from Niki) think about reaching back with your butt to touch the wall behind you, and imagine dragging your butt down and up the wall.
