I just realized I missed your last response on your previous post. Apologies.
There's still a lot of space between your upper arm and torso. Imagine you're holding a pencil in both your armpits, and squeeze the arm against the body. Adjust the grip if you need to so the forearms are perpendicular to the ground when you do this.
Also, squeeze your quads harder. Get the knees locked tight for every rep.
