    Hi guys,
    Started training about 2 years ago but the past year has been really sloppy. I started training seriously again about 2 months ago and been running LP adding 5 kg to the bar each session for a while followed by 2 weeks of adding 2,5 kg each session. About the end LP but before moving on i would appreciate a squat check.

    You're breaking at the hips before the knees, when we want them to break at the same time. Focus on shoving your knees out and over the toes more aggressively and sooner. I'd also like to see more back extension, since you're rounding a little bit. Keep a proud superman chest while you're bending over.
