Also my friend told me that my squat looked shaky as if my it band was really tight and I was useing mostly quad and not my glutes.

Main issues I see is a lack of shoulder mobility in my squat and lack of upper back extension with my deadlift.

Adding some squat shoes might help with the "shakiness".
That's true and I do have a pair of heels but I've always been a bit shaky in the squat even with the shoes on.
