Squat dept looks alittle high and don’t pause at the bottom . As soon as you hit dept use stretch reflex and drive your hips up.

The bar seems way over my midfoot when squatting and I'm having a very hard time pushing my knees out. Also i keep hitting my knees when deadlifting and rounding my back when doing the deadlift setup also my back was pretty toast after both lifts.

The bar is not going to be over mid-foot with 145 lbs on the bar.
