A bit of background, my deadlift PR is 395x5 (beltless) about 3 years ago but I herniated a disc at 400. I never worked up past 315ish since then. Almost 2 years ago I again herniated a disc while low bar back squatting which took a long time to recover from (I have since switched to front squatting exclusively). This video set is a PR since that time. It felt good but I want to make sure my form is solid as I continue up to higher weights. I don't use a belt because it doesn't feel right (even with a 2" belt) and my back doesn't feel "solid" when using it. Thanks in advance for any feedback!

Looks to me like you have the main things dialed in. You could move your chin down to achieve a neutral neck, and make your eccentric quicker, if I'm allowed to be picky.
