Reps 3,4 and 5 were your best, good timing with the hips and knees breaking together, and little to no forward knee movement at the bottom. They did slide forward a bit on the first two, but nice improvement overall. Still might be nice to see a rear/side angle to see feet and knees from there.

    Keep on working!

Sorry forgot to to do the side and rear, hopefully next time

Definitely not my best, quite disappointed with how these turned out, I think I was to relaxed with my chest upon re-watching, so therefore less tight overall, I also think I am looking too down and not 4-6 feet ahead but on the bright side multiple angles

Your last couple reps your knees started to cave in. Knees out so they stay in line with your toes. Knees out and hips up on the assent. After you unrack the bar I would recommend taking alittle more time walking back before your first rep . Not so much that you waste energy but just make sure you have control of the weight.

Today felt really good, remembered tight chest neutral head position and tried to follow your advice with letting the weight settle
