Deadlift form check
Hello,
That's my second set of deadlifts of my medium pulling day (doing 360lbs)
YouTube
Trying to squeeze the hell out and push the floor with my legs, but something looks wrong for me. Maybe I'm not on the middle of the foot?
Thank you.

Hey Nave
You get your back set ok. I think you have a little more squeeze in you to get the back set.
You're trying to rock back to your heels as you pull the bar.
The quads break the bar off the ground by extending the knees with a nice, tight back. Hips and shoulders rise together the first few centimeters, and the bar is still over midfoot. Rather than trying to rock back and use your body weight to keep the bar moving, bring your hips forward as the bar gets to the knee and stay off your heels.
You can see the end of the bar move backwards a bit as it crossed your knees, and you can see your toes come up as you approach lockout.
Work on bringing the hips forward as you keep the bar on your legs while it passes the knees.
Good luck.
