Please trim your videos in the future so it starts at the setup before the first rep.
The setup and back extension look fine. You're pulling the bar around your knees to start, from what I can tell at this angle. I mean that you're starting the pull by opening the chest rather than extending the knees and using the quads to help break the bar off the ground to start the lift.
Squeeze the chest up so all the slack is pulled out of your arms and the bar. Then your first movement is to extend the knees while keeping the bar on your shins. Think about holding on to the bar and pushing the ground away with your feet for the first few inches off the ground, while keeping your shoulders out over the bar.
Give that a try.
