    Hello,
Intermediate lifter here trying to perfect my technique.
Worked up to a heavy, but non-maximal single at 165kg.

    Any tips are welcome.

    Hi Mirat!

Not bad! Just keep your head down. Find a spot on the floor and stare at it, maybe where the floor and wall meet would be a good place to start.
And then I can't confirm depth with all the black and feet width. It's possible you could push your knees out a little harder. An angle from the back helps see that.
And I would get lifting shoes. Keep it up!

Thanks for the answer, I will upload another video filmed from the back.
Would you say the depth would be accepted in a powerlifting meet ? I plan on competing next year and would like to know how to squat at legal depth.
