1. Try the chinup elbow protocol.
2. 6'4" and 216 is your' primary issue right now.
Had to reset due to all three tendonitis issue-golfers, tennis, and distal bicep.
After reading the thoracic extension article and rereading the squat chapter I made some progress.

1. I have been implementing high rep hammer curls with success so far. I know I found that advice on here.
Keeping my elbows in a better position has helped a lot too.
2. Hope to get to 240 on NLP plus intermediate, then lose some fat and be on my way back up again.
