    That's awesome. We need more guys like you bridging the gap between worlds. Have you gotten any of your other biking buds into strength training?
    Here are three views (front, side quarter and side) of my working sets from today. Legs were pretty gassed from a big mtn ride over the weekend, but felt okay in general. Tried to cut some depth and a bit wider stance. It felt a little too wide, but I gave it a go per your advice. Felt like maybe I wasn't leaning over quite enough, but not sure.

    I can't get any of them to take it seriously. Most guys know they should be in the gym, but they mostly have no clue what to do and just go through the motions instead of having a plan. It ends up being just exercise and making them tired with minimal tangible results. Exercise vs training I guess.
