Hello looking for a form check . I had a minor back tweak during my top set of #390×5 d.l on rep #3 had to stop the set. I think the bar got away from my midfoot. Doing a deload for a bit until that heals , thought it would be a good time for a form check. Any pointers would be appreciated!!

You probably noticed that as you get squoze at the bottom, the bar comes up an inch. Can't say that's a fault per se. Everything else looks fine.

What are those plate gutters called? That's one way to keep it over mid foot, if your shins never get punished by using them.

There called deadlift deadeners. They keep the noise down a bit, I train at 430am. when my kid and wife are asleep. They also make sure I start at the same spot. As far as the weight coming up its kinda light weight. The bumper plates look way heavier lol.

Yeah, this is light AF for you. They look fine. Carry on!

Backs getting better. A bit of mild discomfort when I set my back hard. Just need to warm up really good. Thanks for the feedback.
