    Here is my last set for today at 190lbs. Also a link to my post from last week for comparison. Really trying to work on my hand position and keeping my upper back tight. Progress?

    Hey, doc.

    Setup: so close! You get into proper position, then right before unracking, your hips go backward and your chest sinks. Superman chest, then simply stand straight up.

    Let's move your heels an inch closer.

    Some knee slide at the bottom, try TUBOW. (Notice they poke forward. Should be fixed about halfway down.)

    I'm going to bet depth is a little high, so consciously keep knees out as well. A lower camera elevation (knee height) would be nice.

    You will do best with a fixed and neutral neck, but your noggin is moving around. Stare at a spot on the ground and keep your eyeballs there, especially on ascent.
