    Sorry man missed this! Think this is the best I've seen your squats. Much better job controlling the descent! Looks like you might be losing a bit of tightness in your back and letting you spine flex a little, so just make sure you're keeping your back tight as you bend over and descend. Keep it up!

    I'm currently working on reteaching myself the power clean, because I developed some lousy habits a while ago, so I usually steer clear of trying to coach it. However, there are a couple of glaring issues here. You want to set your back as hard on the power clean as on the deadlift, so get that chest squeezed up. You're also arm pulling almost immediately off the floor. Definitely before you even jump. Rotating your elbows inwards when once you've taken your grip on the bar can help with that.

    Did you go through each of the teaching steps in the book?

    You started at 65, or started failing at 65? You're almost certainly taking weight off the bar in either case.

    Failed at 65kg, coaches I have had to deload 90kg due to a week off due to life stress but I think I might have finally found the middle of my foot, feedback would be really appreciated

    I think the reason nobody is responding is because these are perfectly trainable squats. You don't need to check in after every session. Keep at it for a few weeks unless you run into problems.
