Squat Form Check - 210 lbs
Hi Coaches,
Lifted non-stop for 5 years follwing SS then TM then some adjustments to TM by Jordan and Baker. Had a 1.5 year hiatus and wanted to make sure i am not screwing up my squat. This is the first set at 210 lbs on week 3 day 1.
Previous squat PR was 450x1. Current BW about 210, age PR 37.
