You posted this on Reddit. You’re doing some 531 variant you found on r/fitness, not because you’re “measuring form.”
If your back is sore, it’s because you did a set of 10 deadlifts, you are weak, and underweight.
As was mentioned on the sub, these look generally OK. Video from the front quarter next time. Don’t break your knees until the bar passes them on the descent.
Also, eat and just do the program.
