Is the top position correctly over the shoulder joint?
Is the bottom position correct?
Yes, and no, respectively, as best as I can tell from this angle. Have you read the blue book?
Yes.
How can I fix the bottom position?
Try touching lower on your sternum, perhaps at the bottom of your pec. Can't see your grip width from here, but narrowing it will help lower your touch point.
I asked about reading the book because it talks in detail about how a touch point that's too high can lead to shoulder pain.
Thanks.
My impression is that the bar looks balanced over the shoulder joint before the first rep, but subsequent lockouts look like you tried to drive up vertically from a correct touch point on the chest. (Dodgy guess follows) I think your wrists remain straight, but the angle is poor for evaluating this.
Barbershop, does it feel balanced at the top? Charlocity, can you take another look? I get it that the camera is not squared up. Yes, a touch point directly over the shoulder joint can cause problems, but from this camera angle I'd expect to see elbow in front of shoulder.
