Squat form check
Hi everyone,
just a squat form check
currently 5'10, 185lb
Apologies for the camera angles being a bit off, had a better angle the third set I think. I will try to get an angle from the back next time to show my foot width (bit wider than shoulders).
Main problems are slight knee pain in my right knee, and this time some lower back discomfort/tiredness afterwards.
I realised after recording I do look up a lot, will probably move the bar holder to the other side of the squat rack so there's no mirror in front of me when i squat.
