    these felt better. I did a little wider stance. what do you'll think?

    Keep working on squeezing your back into extension. You still have a bit of rounding in the lumbar and thoracic. Squeeze your chest up, then squeeze it again while you have some weight in your hands (but the plates are still on the ground). As someone else mentioned you will need to switch to a hook grip or mixed grip. Your lockout is a bit soft and rushed because the grip is starting to fail.

    You need to lock the hips and knees out, think about standing bolt upright when you lock out.
