Hi, my 5RM deadlift is about 270lbs and I failed my third set of powercleans on 115.5lbs with 3min rest between sets. Last time I did 110lbsx3x5 without miss. I'm not sure if it is because I'm not explosive or bad technique. Cleans have been always hardest to recover from exercise. I'm 26y 180lbs.

    Hey Anton
For form check videos, normal speed is fine/preferred, rather than slow motion.

The bar isn't keeping contact with your legs on the way up. Refer to the power clean and deadlift tutorials on our youtube channel to see the bar/body relationship.
You also don't seem to be jumping. Your feet don't break contact with the ground or move laterally to the receiving position. Jump harder/higher.
Address those things and you should see some improvement.

Thanks Coach. I tried jump and it helped. I was able to do all 5 sets of 3. This is last one YouTube

Good. Slow the pull off the ground more. Slower drag up the shins to make sure you're in the right position and don't miss the jumping spot.
    Keep jumping higher.
