    Default Following deadlift setup but ending up with shoulders too far over the bar?

    I'm following the setup shins 1inch away from the bar etc... but I feel like I'm too far over the bar what am I missing?

    Shoulders are supposed to be forward of the bar. Go back to the deadlift chapter in SSBBT3 and see what’s supposed to be over the bar. Then, look at your video.

    Also, wear shoes.

    You're too close to the bar at the start of the pull. Get some shoes.

    So I took this video of me lifting in shoes with my shins further away from the bar yesterday YouTube however I think that I'm not over midfoot anymore and that I'm somehow still too far over the bar. Also here's a video of how I would pull a power clean YouTube basically just diving the bar but I dont beleave I'm too far over the bar in this setup.

    Can't see your knees, shins, or feet. But you ass is too low, which affects the position of knees, shins, and feet.

    In this video, you're on your toes, knees too forward along with everything else.

    Am I just not getting the bar over the center of my foot? I'm really lost this is the hardest thing I have ever tried to learn
