Need to tighten grip width up, shoulder mobility is lacking. Also noticed myself looking up on ascent portion, will be corrected.

Any and all feedback is appreciated.

Not bad at all, despite the helpful opaque person in the way. Now, gain a bunch of bodyweight.

Thank you! 20 pounds up since mid December. Aiming for ~185 by end of year, as long as it doesn't kill my A1C.

Why would it kill your A1C?

Just been told by "completely credentialed doctors who have experience in the field" that as body fat percentage increases, so does insulin resistance. I'm the heaviest, as well as best-feeling, I've been my life and have yet to experience any major changes in my insulin resistance. Should have prefaced previous comment with I'm a type 1 diabetic. Thankfully, routine exercise increases insulin sensitivity. Just wondering at what point I'll start to notice a change, if any.

I'd like to see a citation for this interesting assertion.

Next endo appointment is March 11th, I'll bring it up. I will have gained about 30-40 pounds since last visit, so they might initiate that conversation.

Unfortunately, it is true, but it applies more to obesity or large increases in non-lean body (fat) mass. Insulin interacts with adipose tissue and free fatty acids, it is very well documented.
