This is not an exaggerated hip drive, but rather a correct hip drive.
This is light for me, I’m just working on opening my knees and sit down. On last rep I purposely exaggerated the hip drive do you notice?

Thanks

Thanks rip, now it’s time to go back original weights as I corrected my form. It’s weird but it seems the more I lean over on the way down. The more I can incorporate better hip drive and weights don’t feel a grind....on the up!
I don’t want to mention who but recently I heard a big 900lb squatter ex power lifter claiming hamstring don’t do nothing for you in squat it’s all quads.
He is far from the truth. I am sure the quads contribute significantly but to dismiss the hamstring and abductors contribution is silly. The more I lean over the more my hamstring are tightening(obviously) the more explosive I am on way up out of the hole....
Somebody should write a book that details this.
