    This vid was a week or so ago. I have since widened my stance a bit.

    Read the sticky on form check videos, and show us a set where you get below parallel.

    I don't know about the squat but those leg presses behind you were on point!

    I would try to fix your rounded back and then fix the depth. Horizontal back angle comes from bending at the hips, not from bending your spine.
