Hi guys, lately I've noticed that the bar shifts forward (especially on the right side) on the ascent when squatting. The bar's getting forward of midfoot. How do you combat this?

I'm currently working on my knee slide.

You combat this by getting your hips back and your knees out. Even from the videos almost useless perspective you can see your back is to vertical.

Thanks for taking your time Jeff. Do you mean that I should shove my knees and push my hips back more?

Yes on the hips. From the perspective there is very little hips back. Hard for me to tell on the knees (They should be tracking in line with your toes.). Hips back and knees out at the same time. This should stop the bar forward of mid-foot issue as your center of gravity should shift back with your hips to mid-foot.

    Gotcha. Thank you.
