    Default Squat Form Check

    I've noticed my bar path is not very straight. What can I do to remedy this and improve my form?

    This is my last working set of 90kg.

    Hey Arsene

    You're going way too deep. Just a couple centimeters below parallel is fine. That's the crease of your hip a couple centimeters below the top of your knee cap.
    Cutting off the depth will keep your knees (and everything else) from shifting forward of midfoot.
    If you can get them, some weightlifting shoes will help also.
