It's an improvement. Now, add in three things.
1) stand up straight in between reps. You're bench over. Stand up. If you have the bar in the right spot, it won't fall off your back if you stand up erect.
2) Don't stop at the bottom of the squat. Hit depth and go up like a rocket.
3) Don't lift your chest on the way up. Drive your _hips_, not your chest.
