    Default Novice Squat Check

    • starting strength seminar april 2024
    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    In this set I'm looking at correct hip-crease depth, knees out, and back angle descending and ascending, and I think this might be my best set yet. Am I getting close to good form? Thanks in advance:

    Depth is fine. Both knees and hips unlock at the same time. In your case, to make this happen knees need to go forward first.

    Think "knees forward first" in order to get hips & knees to unlock at the same time--got it. Thanks!!
