Depth is fine. Both knees and hips unlock at the same time. In your case, to make this happen knees need to go forward first.
In this set I'm looking at correct hip-crease depth, knees out, and back angle descending and ascending, and I think this might be my best set yet. Am I getting close to good form? Thanks in advance:
