Stance is a hair wide here. Bring it in a bit.
What's going on with the two-stage start? You seem to be unlocking the hips and knees, waiting, then starting the squat. Get everything locked out at the top, start and finish from there.
Start and stay midfoot. You seem to be rocking around on your feet, starting on your heels and shifting to your toes. Lifting shoes may help.
Finally, control your descent a bit more. You're dive-bombing into the bottom a bit and it's going to be hard to stay tight for the turnaround.
Film at a bit more of an angle next time.
