I think perhaps no one was interested in commenting on knee slide at the bottom again, which you should be able to see for yourself and correct using the advice that has already been given here 200,000 times.
Roger that, appreciate the feedback. That explains the knee pain. From the previous form check I have been focusing on low back tightness but I don't believe knee slide was mentioned and I don't have the trained eye to pick that out yet. I'll work on that next.
