    Thought I’d ask for a deadlift & squat check after I’ve attempted to correct my lower back position.

    These are shot in portrait and there doesn't seem to be a way to enlarge them.
    Please film in landscape going forward, and upload to youtube (or something similar) and link to that.
    Others in the forum are welcome to give feedback still, but it would be easier if posted as described.

    I’ve filmed in portrait because I can’t take it from further away so when it’s in portrait it doesn’t get the whole picture in.

    Your setup looks good. Make sure you're taking a big breath.

    For movement errors, you need to lean over more and shove your hips back. Think nipples down. Look at how your back angle changes between the descent and ascent. The changing back angle shifts the barbell forward of your center of mass.

    Also, think hips up. Not back. You're scooping on a few reps. Hold your knees in position.
