320x5 Squat Form Check
Hey everyone. I'd like a form check to make sure I'm doing everything right.

You're twisting out of the bottom on these. Probably one knee is not staying out as you drive up. Keep both knees out hard and drive your hips straight up. See how the barbell twists?
I'd like you to slow down your approach and keep your body tight as you come out of the rack. Now, you come out slumped, then lift your chest and elbows, then squat. Come out of the rack strong and don't let any slack into the thoracic spine. Your head is moving around quite a bit. First you look up, then you look down between your toes. Average that out, and look 4-5 feet in front of you. Don't move your gaze point.
Get your back angle a little more horizontal on the way down, and then drive your hips, not your chest, on the way up. You're getting out of your hips early. Keep driving your hips up hard.
