Squat form check
210x5 third set, week 8 SSLP, first set I failed rep 3 due to form, 8 min rest periods got through set 2 and 3 with sloppy form. Wondering if I should do a light day tomorrow and reattempt 210 on Friday or do a reset?

Hm, knees look too far forward and sliding?

Right. How do we fix this?

Knees out, horizontal back angle , hip drive and work on my mental picture by practicing with a terribly useful block of wood.
