If you "Straighten it" out, and plumb up the squat rack uprights, its going to give the appearance that his hips are lower (in real life).
I hope the SSOC interns are given a quick class/tutorial on this kind of thing.
They should run 2 (or3) cameras simultaneously from different angles on one squatter, and combine all them on one video synchronized.

I’m not a coach but I’ll give my opinion anyway...
Rips correct your not hitting depth.
No bar, get into the bottom position and remember how it feels, now with the bar, now with the weight. You gotta learn what proper depth feels like and you gotta be able to see it.
A lot of your squat is right, BUT get your knees out and sit back.
