Also, I recommend you go back to your previous post and make the videos accessible. It helps coaches/perspective coaches see your corrections and offer other cues and/or corrections.

Hey Peter
Lean over sooner and let your knees come forward to their natural stopping point. You're staying too upright on the way down, while holding the knees back, so you end up squatting on your heels.
Those shoes look like they have squishy soles. Are those lifting shoes or am I seeing things?

Hey Pete, thanks for the reply.
The shoes are Reebok CrossFit.
I tried to implement you’re recommendation. Below are a few squats.

I've never seen those shoes, but I'd invest in some hard-soled weightlifting shoes soon.
The lean over looks better. Still a little late at times, but it's going in the right direction. Get the nipples at the ground, as you break at the hips and knees at the same time.
Your stance definitely needs to widen. Start by moving your heels out an inch/2.5cm on either side.
Are you exhaling before you get everything tight and start the rep? Don't do that. Big, mouth breath in, then get your trunk tight as you hold it.
There's a couple other tweaks to make, but work on this stuff for a week or two and then come back for a form check from the group here.
Good luck.

Pete, thanks again.
The shoes are these ...

I’ll work on it as you mentioned.
Btw do you think I’m getting any spinal flex ion at the bottom or knee slide... because I’m never too sure about those.
Also when doing nipples to the floor is the chest supposed to be up still?
Thanks for the clarification ( FYI I do have the book.)
