Hey Ethan
Lots going on here, but we'll keep it fairly manageable to start.
The bar is too high on your back. You had it in the right spot briefly, but then adjusted your shirt and placed it above where it should go. Slide forward against the bar and get it under the spine of your scaps.
You're about 4-5 centimeters too high in the bottom and you're squatting on your heels. Get your knees out as you descend on midfoot, lean over, and let the knees come forward a bit more in the bottom before you stop them. Keep your eyes on the ground 1-1.5m in front of you.
Work on those things for a bit.
Also, I'm not sure how safe squatting in socks on hardwood is. I realize you don't want to squat in squishy running shoes, but consider something with a flat, solid sole if you're waiting on lifting shoes. Chucks, Vans, Sambas, Nanos, work boots, dress shoes.
See if the gym has a barbell with a center knurl.
Good luck.

Hey Pete
Thanks very much for the reply Pete I really appreciate it .Il take these into my next workout and keep recording until I get it right.I have a pair of old vans so IL wear them in the meantime.
So in summary =>
- Bar lower on back at the start
- squat lower and focus on midfoot
- Knees out further and lean over more then I think thery should
- Eyes on ground one meter ahead
Thanks very much again
