    Default Squat form check 255

    Hi all,

    I am looking for advice on my squat since I feel like my form is slipping. On Wednesday I hit 255 for a set of 5, a set of 4, and then 2 sets of three. I tried to hit it again today but I only managed to do a set 3 and a set of 2. I gotta eat alot more.

    Not to bad man. Start with your set up, your left wrist is bent try to make sure both wrists are neutral and your stance may be a bit wide, let's close it up by an inch or so. The bar is rolling all over your back, let your back eat the bar and stay tight. Remember nipples to the floor.

    Hi thank you for the pointers. I did notice I look really loose I need to tighten up and get my valsalva better.

    Do my hips look like they are rising unevenly? For some reason I am getting the impression my left hip is going further back than my right and that it is also rising faster.
